How can I exchange the products?

It’s easy to exchange or return items:

 

All byGraziela products are produced with attention to detail and in high-quality materials, if however you are not satisfied, you can of course return the products as long as they are in their original condition and packaging, with all labels intact.

 

Returns: International

• All international customers must pay for their goods to be returned
• Please fill out the returns form that came with your order.
• Return address: byGraziela, c/o Kruse-Versandservice, Westerböhmen 6, 27419 Sittensen, Germany
• Please get proof for posting as we cannot be held for parcels lost in post or damaged goods during transit.
• We will re-credit you your money as soon as possible provided that the products are received by us in their original condition and packaging.

• Please fill out the returns form that came with your order stating what you would like to exchange for what
• As soon as we have received your goods, we will exchange the products and send them to you free of charge
