The product is faulty, what now?

Please get in touch so we can figure out what is wrong and solve the problem asap. Please do not use, wear or wash the products

As soon as we have figured out what is faulty and have received back the goods, we will either dispatch a new product to you free of charge or we will reimburse your money.
