Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for the sale of goods on the Website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on the Website.

1. Prices / Payment

All prices include any VAT payable but exclude delivery charges. We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.

You can pay via credit card (we use the secure server Worldpay) or by paypal or by bank transfer into our account.

2. Ordering

All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us.

We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.

After submitting an order to us we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

For certain goods, information concerning stock availability is not available on the Website. If you order goods which are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when we send you an email confirming that the goods you have ordered have been despatched to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

Right to Withdraw Goods

We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any goods from the Website.

Should you wish to cancel or return any of your goods, you may only do so in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy:

You can return any product within 14 days, provided that you return your items to us in their original condition and packaging, with all labels intact so they are in a resaleable condition. Please fill out the returns form that came with your order.

5. Exchanges:

For NON-German, NON-UK customers:

  • All international  customers must pay for their goods to be returned for an exchange
  • Please email us before you return your items for instructions: info@bygraziela.com

For customers exchanging within UK:

  • All international  customers must pay for their goods to be returned for an exchange
  • Please email us before you return your items for instructions: info@bygraziela.com

For customers exchanging within Germany:

  • Please fill out your delivery note clearly indicating what you would like to exchange for what!

  • Include that delivery note in the package and return it to us with the goods.
  • As soon as we have received the returned goods, we will dispatch your new items free of charge (only within Germany)

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in return transit.

We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting.

6. Privacy Policy

At bygraziela.com, we are committed to ensuring that all your personal information that is collected is kept private and protected. We will make sure that the bygraziela.com is absolutely secure in their collection and use of your personal information.

When you order, we will require your name, address, e-mail address, credit/debit card number, card expiry date and credit card security code.

Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order. A contact telephone number may also be required so that we may contact your urgently if there is a problem with your order.

We will never rent or sell our customer lists to any other organisation or individual. You can request, at any time, access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to change it or delete it. We may use your contact details to email you our newsletter. You can at any time unsubscribe from our newsletter.

7. Baby Safe Guide

Cot bumpers should be removed from the cot as soon as babies can sit up unaided. We cannot be held responsible for the use of the cot bumpers.

8. Prize draw

Every participant can take part in the prize draw only once. By sending us an email regarding your favourite design, you autmatically subscribe to our newsletter. You can of course unsubscribe anytime.
